Small company. Real work. No ticket-mill.

We are a growing SDVOSB in Tyler, Texas. If you want to own systems end to end instead of being one seat in a queue, this is the kind of shop where that happens.

What is actually different here.

Breadth, on purpose

Cabling, network, security, cloud, and support all live under one roof. You will not be siloed into one product line for five years.

Veteran-friendly

We are veteran-owned and we hire veterans. Military experience translates here, and we know how to read a service record.

Certifications paid

We fund the training and exams for certifications relevant to your role — because our warranties and contracts depend on the team holding them.

Access to leadership

Small company. If you have an idea about how we should be doing something, the person who can act on it is down the hall.

Work that matters

Federal and enterprise infrastructure where the outcome is visible and the standards are real.

Honest scheduling

Cutovers happen at night — that is the job. But we plan them, we staff them properly, and we do not pretend a 60-hour week is normal.

How hiring works here

  1. Apply

Use the form on the role page and attach a resume. You will get a confirmation with a reference number on screen.

  2. Phone screen

A short call with someone who does the work — not a recruiter reading a script.

  3. Technical conversation

We talk through real scenarios from our jobs. Bring questions; you are evaluating us too.

  4. Offer and onboarding

Background investigation where the contract requires it, then tools, training plan, and a first assignment.
