How to put us on contract

SDVOSB Set-Aside

As a certified SDVOSB we are eligible for competitive set-aside awards restricted to service-disabled veteran-owned firms, and for sole-source awards within applicable thresholds under FAR 19.14.

Simplified Acquisition & Micro-Purchase

We respond quickly to RFQs under the simplified acquisition threshold and accept the Government Purchase Card for micro-purchase actions — often the fastest path for a single cabling or assessment task.

Subcontracting to a Prime

We support large primes as a subcontractor, helping meet small-business and SDVOSB subcontracting plan goals. We are set up to move quickly on teaming agreements and NDAs.

Teaming & Joint Ventures

We consider teaming arrangements and mentor-protégé relationships where the pairing is a real technical fit. Reach out to [email protected].

GSA Schedule & GWACs

Contact our contracts office for current vehicle status and availability. If a vehicle you use is not listed, tell us — it informs where we pursue next.

Environments where getting it wrong was not an option.

Our team's experience spans secure federal reconstruction, carrier-grade backbone engineering, and a nationwide decennial operation with a statutory deadline.

Pentagon Renovation Program Support

Post-9/11 reconstruction

Awaiting figures
Problem
Rebuild communications infrastructure inside an active, secure federal facility under continuous oversight, on a schedule with no float, alongside multiple prime contractors working the same spaces.
What we did
Staffed the work with technicians cleared for secure-facility protocols, sequenced installs around other trades, and documented as we went so inspection never waited on paperwork.
Outcome
Delivered without access violations or rework cycles in an environment where either would have escalated past the program office.
  • Secure-facility work protocols
  • Zero-tolerance schedule environment
  • Coordination across multiple prime contractors

Service Provider Backbone Development

Multi-phase engagement

Awaiting figures
Problem
A telecommunications provider needed backbone capacity engineered for carrier-grade availability, with headroom for forecast subscriber growth rather than a build that would need reopening in two years.
What we did
Designed and built the backbone with redundancy at every layer and capacity sized against the provider's own growth model, then produced operational documentation their staff could run from.
Outcome
Handed over a network the provider's own operations team owned on day one, without a dependency on us to keep it running.
  • Carrier-grade availability design
  • Capacity planning for forecast growth
  • Full operational handover documentation

2020 Census Network Architecture

Decennial census operation

Awaiting figures
Problem
A nationwide operation with a constitutionally fixed deadline, hundreds of temporary field offices standing up on staggered dates, and strict handling requirements for respondent data.
What we did
Architected a network pattern repeatable across every field office so each site could be stood up the same way, with data handling controls built into the design rather than added afterward.
Outcome
Field offices came online against a deadline that could not move, under a data-handling regime that could not be relaxed.
  • Nationwide distributed footprint
  • Immovable statutory deadline
  • Sensitive-data handling requirements

The habits those jobs required.

You cannot work in a secure federal reconstruction and then get casual about documentation. These are the practices those environments forced on us, and we apply them to a 40-drop office build the same way.

  1. Write it down as you go

Documentation produced during the work, not reconstructed from memory at closeout.

  2. Test everything, report the results

Every link certified, every result delivered — including the ones that required rework.

  3. Respect the access rules

Badging, escorts, tool control, and clean workspace protocols, without needing reminders.

  4. Communicate slip early

A schedule risk raised on day three is a scheduling problem. Raised on day thirty it is a credibility problem.
